This is a solid micrograin scraping carbide for Sandvik or Biax style indexable scraper holders.  Thickness is 2.4mm (0.09"), width is 25mm and length is 22mm.  Top and bottom of the 25mm edges are sharpened to a 90mm radius to provide four cutting edges.
